What VPN protocols do you support?

Currently, ScoutVPN only supports the OpenVPN. This is primarily due to it's ease of use and it's native ability to traverse closed networks. That said, we are working towards supporting other protocols in the future.

How do I get a dedicated IP?

To connect to a dedicated IP server, you need to have an active subscription. A one-year subscription for a dedicated IP address costs $50 USD on top of your regular VPN subscription.

Please note: If you are connecting from a country with internet restrictions, the Dedicated IP address feature may fail to work as server accessibility from such regions is limited.
